I and my team of legal professionals will be there every step of the way to ensure that you receive the best representation that we can provide.
I am experienced in handling family court matters and have been practicing in this area since 1995. I was an attorney for the South Carolina Department of Social Services Child Support Enforcement Division and then opened my own law firm focusing exclusively on family law.
My areas of focus are divorce, separation, agreements, child support, child custody, visitation, asset/debt division, alimony, name changes, restraining orders, orders of protection, paternity cases, grandparents’ rights, and third-party custody rights.
Litigation may not always be the answer. I also conduct mediations dealing with family law issues. I am committed to using alternative dispute methods if doing so will help you to achieve a timely and cost-effective result.
Lastly, I have extensive experience in the representation of children. For many years, I was appointed by the court to act as guardian ad litem or representative of the children involved in custody and divorce actions to protect the children’s rights.
